Our telemedicine app (both mobile and desktop versions)is a cutting-edge software system designed to provide immediate access to our medical staff for various occupational health services. This platform ensures direct connectivity for workplace injuries, drug and alcohol testing, COVID-19 screenings, and more. Clients can quickly contact our healthcare professionals for urgent workplace injuries and other medical needs.
OUR FEE SCHEDULE
Clients who are self-insured or self-pay take direct financial responsibility for their occupational health services. CADUCEUS provides monthly invoices, and payment is made directly to us. A credit card is required to be kept on file for monthly billing. This model is best suited for clients who don’t use a TPA or insurance carrier and prefer direct oversight of their occupational health expenses.
CADUCEUS follows the Georgia State Workers’ Compensation Medical Fee Schedule. Our rates are reviewed and updated annually in accordance with state guidelines to ensure transparency, compliance, and fairness for both patients and clients.
A one-time setup fee covers account creation and team onboarding. Clients gain flexible, on-demand access to occupational health providers. We also offer formal training for seamless integration into your daily workflows.
Our National Network offers a centralized pricing model: clients pay CADUCEUS directly, and we handle payments to referral clinics. We can also incorporate your preferred providers into our network for a truly customized experience. All documentation is uploaded to the CADUCEUS EMR, streamlining communication and improving record accessibility.
THIRD-PARTY AGREEMENTS
For clients working through a TPA or insurance carrier, we streamline billing by invoicing your selected third-party partner. This helps reduce internal paperwork, allows for centralized claims management, and speeds up access to care. We’re experienced in working with large employers and national teams, and we’ll adapt to your systems to keep the process efficient and compliant.
What do I do if I am locked out of my CADUCEUS EMR account?
• Use Google Chrome for optimal compatibility with the Caduceus EMR system.
• For password resets, visit the EMR Login Page and select "Forgot Password." Instructions for locked accounts are also available on the login page.
