What is occupational medicine?
Occupational medicine is a branch of medicine that focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses. It encompasses a wide range of services designed to ensure the health and safety of employees in the workplace. The core objective is to promote a healthy work environment, prevent occupational hazards, and manage workplace injuries effectively.

How do I access visit notes for an injured worker or patient?
• Patients should follow up directly with their employer for visit notes.
• Clients can access, print, or email work status notes 24/7 through the EMR system.
• Self-paying patients receive results as soon as they are available.
How do I schedule an appointment?
• For patients: Employer authorization is required for services. Alternatively, self-pay appointments can be scheduled directly.
• For employers with an account: Schedule employee appointments via the Caduceus EMR system by navigating to the Service Request section.
• For employers without an account: Create an account to begin scheduling appointments. Click here to onboard.
Addressing specific concerns:
• Technical
For any general inquiries or matters concerning our services and/or pricing, the marketing team will respond within 24–48 hours.
• Work status
Contact the clinical team where the service was rendered. Relevant contact information is in the Clinic Site List.
• Account management
User and service-level changes can be made by the primary authorizer through the EMR.
• Billing
Verify account and billing information through the EMR system for uninterrupted service.

What do I do if I am locked out of my CADUCEUS EMR account?
• Use Google Chrome for optimal compatibility with the Caduceus EMR system.
• For password resets, visit the EMR Login Page and select "Forgot Password." Instructions for locked accounts are also available on the login page.
• For persistent issues, contact the support team at Support@CaduceusOccMed.com.
Who is my account manager?
At CADUCEUS, we've developed advanced tools within our EMR system to enhancethe management of client profiles, ensuring seamless and efficient service. As we continue to grow, we have transitioned away from assigning a dedicated account manager to each client account. Instead, our robust EMR platform allows you to access all necessary information and services directly.
Accessing my Medical Records
We’ve done our part to make requesting your medical information easy. With your request—through CADUCEUS EMR, email, or pick up —we'll provide you with the provider's notes, medical test results, and lab reports.
To use this system, you must successfully enter the patient's first name, last name, social security number, date of birth, and date of injury. The fields must match an electronic medical record or patient visit in our system. system. You will be given three (3) opportunities to submit this information correctly, after which your session will be locked.
Records not found in the electronic request may be requested via email at medicalrecords@caduceusoccmed.com.
Processing Time

We strongly encourage you to use our request form to expedite the processing of the records delivery (immediate delivery). If we have a manual request via mail or fax, please allow 3 – 5 business days for processing the request. In certain instances, it can take up to 30 days.
