CADUCEUS Launches Tele-PT: Now Available Through CADUCEUS TeleMed

We are pleased to announce the official launch of Tele-PT, now live as of June 1, 2026, delivered through the CADUCEUS TeleMed platform. This transition marks another step forward in our commitment to accessible, high quality occupational healthcare meeting patients and employers where they are, without sacrificing the standard of care CADUCEUS is known for.

What Changed, and Why It Matters

Effective June 1, 2026, all physical therapy services will be delivered through scheduled TeleMed appointments rather than in person clinic visits. This shift reflects both the evolving needs of today's workforce and the growing body of evidence supporting the effectiveness of virtual rehabilitation for occupational injuries.

Tele-PT allows patients to begin and continue their recovery without the added burden of travel, time away from the workplace, or scheduling conflicts, factors that have historically led to gaps in care and delayed return to work outcomes.

What This Means for Patients

Patients will complete their physical therapy appointments through CADUCEUS TeleMed, our secure, easy to use virtual platform. Getting started is simple and no download is needed.  

Our clinical staff remains fully available to guide patients through each step of their treatment plan.  

What Employers and TPAs Should Expect

For clients and third party administrators, the coordination process remains the same. All PT referrals, authorizations, and appointment requests should be submitted to Authorizations@CaduceusOccMed.com, where our team will coordinate scheduling, confirm appointments, and answer any questions about the process.
